    Hotel is recently built and has new bed , tables etc but the rooms are stinking with cigarette smoke. I reported on day one and I was told that’s because of closed door for longer period. But the smell continued to day 2 and 3 as well especially during nights and I’ve noticed people smoking near elevators and close to corridor. Paper thin walls will make you hear everything from corridor. I don’t understand the hotel owner how can’t they add sound proofing from one side for the one which wants to attract luxury customers. It’s basic courtesy of reception to explain what all hotel features are and their timings etc. they didn’t care or thought about it. Train them to make your hotel welcoming for new guests. They are running a restaurant in hotel so they don’t allow outside food. But they don’t even give a menu card for room. What kind of a multi-cuisine restaurant in a hotel are you running. Bathroom is clean and decent. Hotel needs to add pressure regulators for the tap or overall as that much is never needed for any place. Water bottles and towels are provided every day. They do housekeeping everyday but never think about cleaning under bed where is a ton of dust underneath. Overall great hotel but someone needs to take care of these simple things so they last long in business.
