    Room was ice cold, no way to shut it down, when I called the front desk, someone nasty answered and said she would send someone, TWICE. The coffee machine in the room had no knobs to work it. And guess the topper, THEY CHARGE $28.00 TO PARK.

    Everything and everyone was nice. I think the only thing is the shuttle post event but it’s not on the hotel for facing traffic and having more people post-event though.

    My only complaints about the hotel are minor. The hotel itself is older so the air circulation in the rooms aren't great, neither is soundproofing, and the elevators are kind of slow and at one point didn't stop when someone tried stopping the door. There also are not a lot of light sources or table space in the rooms. But the best part about our stay was the staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable

    Too pricey for the room. Coffee machine not working. Had to call front desk multiple times for same request. But the place was clean. A shuttle would be a good idea for guests specially for an event at Metlife Stadium.
