This was a beautiful hotel! There were a lot of moths in the room, that were otherwise harmless. Other than that, the pool is large and beautiful. The rooftop bar area offers a 360 view of Hue. The staff was amazing as well!

A fabulous hotel, with amazing views, a nice mid-level swimming pool and a rooftop bar. I cannot remember the circumstances of the room change. We went from a family suite to two river-view studio suites. Luckily, the kids are old enough to be in their own room, which they loved. The room and views were amazing. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with everything. The pool was cool and refreshing considering how hot it was there, and sitting at the rooftop bar, watching the sunset was amazing.

Had a pleasant stay at White Lotus Hue Hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants and food options nearby, making it very convenient for exploring Hue. The service was good and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and overall the hotel was a decent choice for our stay. The breakfast buffet was just okay and could have had more variety. There was also an issue with one of the hotel pouches/items going missing. I was charged for it, although in hindsight I should have reported it immediately after housekeeping. One unusual thing I noticed was the hotel’s rule that outside food is not allowed in the room, which I found a little inconvenient, especially when there are many local food options nearby. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was still good. The location and service were the main highlights, and I would consider staying here again when visiting Hue. Overall: Good location, good service and convenient for exploring Hue, with a few hotel policies and small issues to be aware of.

Very deceptive service at the restaurant on ala carte order. Prepared minced pork item with rolled ham, trying to deceive a foreign tourist. Did not eat and returned food. Was charged and forced to pay later by front desk staff with intimidation by security staff at time of hotel checkout. Reported to credit card company and disputed charge. Improper charge was reversed by the credit card company.
