    AC remote control did not work, elevator can go down only to 2nd floor, very old towel, very tight so-called "shower" that you barely can move around to get water on the body without wetting everything in that tiny bathroom, receptionist was not friendly or professional (doing make up when you talked to her), breakfast was poor and no options. The only staff deserves 5 star is the lady at the breakfast counter.

    I asked to book for one more room for a friend, the receptionist said only large rooms were available, then I immediately found one on agoda. The medium room is very small, no space to even lay down 2 suitcases. Shower is squezzed in the bathroom, too tight I did not even want to wash my hair. Taking a shower would wet everything including the toilet seat and the sink where you put a small toiletery bag. The rug towel cannot be inside the toilet as it will soak in water. It is placed at the door of the bathroom. Towels are very old. Pillows are smelly, I had to use a bath towel and a blouse to cover it. AC remote control did not work. Taking the elevator down you can only go to the 2nd floor and use the stair, sneaking around piles of dirty towels and sheets to get on the ground. Breakfast is poor, however, the lady who serves there is very friendly. Location is good but not worth to stay at this hotel.

    - Hotel is near Westlake, which is the good location in Hanoi - However, the staff's attitude is not good - I booked paranomic double room, but I received lower rank room. The receptionist explained that is the wrong room's photo from Agoda - Room facilities downgrade significantly. One lamp and fridge are broken. Hence, I cannot use the fridge - Toilet bowl cannot flush stool completely - The room is not clean too - The kitchen's staff showed discriminatory behavior between the North and the South guests in Vietnam when she served breakfast for us
