Biggest problem for me is the resort fee when Im in hawaii for the beach not the pool that I won’t utilize

This is also bposhtel also. Rhe photos are of years past. We booked a room with 2 beds, but because of no luggage storage and being tired from hours of travel we foolishly agreed to a room that was ready. Usually you are offered a room of equivalent or better standard - the 2nd bed was a stained sofa bed that had used bedding. The kitchenette window had no blind/curtain. If you went on the balcony, your feet were stained black. The blinds were broken with missing parts. We had to ask for the 3rd person's towels and bedding. The staff are helpful. I told the receptionist about the used bedding and she said she would refund our night - she refunded our security deposit 🤦‍♀️ never again if we can avoid it -honestly.
