Unfortunately, this hotel was extremely poor. The room was dirty, the bathroom was covered in mould, the carpet was worn out, and the bed linen looked as though it had already been used. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its location. The most unpleasant experience occurred on the second night, when I was unable to open my room door because the electronic lock’s battery had apparently run out. We only found this out later. The receptionist, who was very helpful and friendly, initially could not find the master key. When he contacted the manager, he was told that the master key had been lost and that for me should be given another room, and with the door problem to be dealt with the following day. I was leaving the hotel at around 8 a.m. the next morning, but all my belongings were still locked inside the room. I insisted that I needed access to my room. The receptionist then called a locksmith, who arrived about an hour later. It took him another 30 minutes or so to try to open the door. In total, we had to wait approximately two and a half hours before the door was finally opened. Although the receptionist was genuinely kind and did his best to help, the hotel’s management and maintenance were unacceptable. Losing the master key and leaving guests unable to access their belongings is simply unacceptable. The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Apart from that, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Do not stay here, especially if you have children. We booked two rooms at Waha Hotel Bursa and were appalled by the dangerous conditions and complete lack of maintenance across the property. Critical Security Hazard: Window handles were completely broken off. I had to use airline luggage tag stickers to makeshift-tape the windows shut so my young children wouldn't be exposed to fall or security risks. Broken & DIY Fixes: The plumbing is falling apart. Shower pipes and fixtures are held together with zip-ties and cheap tape, with taps coming off to the touch. Dangerous Access: The main stairs are dark, steep, industrial metal grates—an extreme tripping and injury hazard for children. The lift is jerky and feels unsafe. Missing Basic Amenities: No working Wi-Fi, no bedside light switches, and no room kettle. Subpar Breakfast & Service: Breakfast lacked basic staples (no milk, no yogurt, no proper tea), and condiment shakers were completely empty. When we reported issues to management, their response was simply "We cannot fix it / we can do nothing." This hotel is a severe safety violation and severely misrepresents its listing. Avoid at all costs.
