    Had an excellent stay at Vivaanta Hotel in Katra! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is convenient for visitors to Vaishno Devi, making travel easy and stress-free. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded expectations. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Vivaanta Hotel to anyone visiting Katra and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

    We stayed at Vivanta Katra for 2 days (28th May to 30th May) and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is massive, beautifully landscaped, and offers stunning, serene views of the Trikuta mountains that immediately put you at peace. What truly sets this property apart is their incredible attention to detail. We were visiting to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. They proactively reached out before our arrival to coordinate the celebrations, connecting us directly with their F&B Manager, Mr. Ashok Rana, to organize a special curated dining experience. We were thrilled to find that our room was completely ready the moment we arrived, beautifully set up with the birthday cake and lovely decorations already in place! True to the brand, the hospitality was flawless throughout. Our experience right from the booking stage was smooth, thanks to the Reservations Officer, Ms. Purnima Mall, for her incredibly prompt responses and for seamless arrangements regarding our transfers. Since local union regulations prevent hotel vehicles from doing Jammu airport/station transfers, she made sure a reliable, authorized union cab was pre-arranged for us, making our transit completely hassle-free. At the front desk, the receptionist, Mr. Arun, was outstanding—he was incredibly attentive, super generous with his time, and accommodated all of our requests with a warm smile. Additionally, their complimentary pickup and drop facility to the Vaishno Devi Yatra Marg/Banganga checkpoint operates smoothly and takes away all the stress of the darshan. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-appointed. The food here is exceptional; along with the amazing breakfast buffet spread, the dinner buffet was a major highlight, perfectly complemented by a wonderful live music setup that elevated the entire dining experience. The evening Aarti at the property was also a beautiful, divine touch. It's the perfect luxury oasis for a special occasion or a pilgrimage. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!

    at late night party DG playing at marriage and not able to sleep properly , pool is not clean , food and staff is good . too far from mandir and not have proper connectivity for local conveyance , also you have to buy food from restaurent as no near by local restaurent
