Such good place money wise, I get cozy hotel room with all the amenities and pool on the roof. Definitely recommend it

Very nice hotel
Not too far from the beach
It’s situated on a lane where there are a few nice family owned restaurants and convenient stores which is good for breakfast before heading to the beach

Room had a very musty smell, towels smelled like cigarettes so they probably hadn't been changed since the last guest didn't use them. Bathroom caked in black mold. Walls are very thin: kids screaming in the hallway sounded like they were right next to me, and I could hear smokers in the rooms around me speak, while their smoke permeated the air in my room with the window closed. Staff was very kind. Solution is probably to stay in an area with fewer russians.
