    This 4-star hotel is very close to the beach and had excellent service. The receptionists were very helpful in everything and kind as well. They were what contributed to the high rating, along with other things such as the cleanliness of the room, which was spectacular. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to send me a surprise brownie tray with a hand-written card for my birthday!!! What excellent service I’ve never seen in other hotels and I’m lucky and grateful to have booked with them. The only thing I would comment on is the blanket of the extra bed we ordered, which was very thin and was not enough to maintain warmth, unlike the duvets provided in the actual beds. The view was not that great, but I think there was an option to book a room with a good view.

    Nice choice of stay if you have any plan going to CCIB, and the nearest metro station was about a 5-minute walk. Many nice options of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Peaceful vibe. However, it was quite far from the city centre and quite difficult to travel from the airport. The hotel didn't provide any facilities such as a fitness centre, a pool, some amenities, or even free drinking water which I would expect for the price.
