Be aware of a guy in the front desk his name is "Balti" he was dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful. Resevation made a week ago, he made me wait 3 hours me and my family at the chick in because of his poor knowledge, he says that i dont have any reservation at the first 2 hours, made me almost, cancel my vication, after fixing the issue with the reservation, the room was not ready and there is no apologise he made it looks like its my fult, very bad experince.

Lamia is the best staff in the hotel and the reception also very kind

The hotel is very old and not clean. The staff are very nice, polite, and always willing to help. However, there are not enough staff members. It seems that management has reduced the number of employees, which has placed a heavy workload on the remaining team.
The air conditioning is also a major issue. It is not works in the corridors and reception area, but inside the rooms it is extremely weak and does not cool the room properly.
Overall, while the staff do their best to provide good service, the hotel’s condition, cleanliness, understaffing, and poor air conditioning make the stay disappointing.
