    Bed was terrible, i felt the spring in my back, also the most worrying part was the cockroach infestation, fully grown and small types everywhere suggesting there wasnt any fumigation or any pest control. No soap, shampoo, just towels. Thats it. For the price i shoudlve booked better places.

    The location was good since it is along EDSA. However, the facility is not conducive for a comfortable stay. The toilet flush, shower, and sink were leaking, so they could not be used properly. It was also inconvenient to check in with the guard, who was not client-friendly. On top of that, the coordinator charged me an early check-in fee for just 30 minutes but did not offer any discount or consideration for the inconvenience caused by the defective shower and sink. Overall, the value for my money was not worth it for this property.

    I am writing this review to warn others: DO NOT stay here. This was easily the worst Agoda experience I have ever had. First, the listing is a complete misrepresentation. The room 1422 looks nothing like the photos online; the pictures must be completely different unit. While the photos showed a bright, clean space, the reality was a dark room. The hygiene levels were absolutely unacceptable. The place was disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We were horrified to find cockroaches scurrying around the room and bathroom. It felt completely unsanitary and unsafe to sleep there. To make matters worse, the amenities listed were non-existent: • No Internet: The listing promised high-speed WiFi, but there wasn't even a modem in the apartment. • Broken Equipment: The TV did not work at all. This listing is essentially a scam.
