This review is strictly for the host and not the place as I never got to check in at all. To put it simply, I booked 4 days ahead, started messaging and calling the host to get check in details but got no response. Come Saturday, I came into the building around 6:30 pm-well over 3 or 4 hours past my supposed check in time with no check in details or response from the host. Obviously, i wasn't let in bc i had no room details etc. You can imagine my frustration. Called the host again and finally answered on my 3rd attempt. I had a very long and tiring day so when host finally answered, i snapped and told them being non responsive might cause them a bad review. Very unfriendly exchange of messages followed. I was never let in, and I'm out 800plus pesos. To the host: you listed your place, it's your responsibility to at least respond to your guests. You had 4 days to get back to me but i didn't hear from you until last night. At least hold yourself accountable for not attending to your guest. You got good reviews on this platform and I like to believe you're not a scammer. To the future guests: be careful.

When you open the door, there’s a strong musty smell inside the room, and there are a lot of small cockroaches. The bedsheets, blanket, and towels are visibly dirty and darkened, making it obvious that they haven’t been properly washed. The bedsheets and pillows also have a strong, unpleasant odor. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room are very disappointing and unacceptable.

Heater, Microwave and kettle is not working. Bed sheet is dirty and towels stinks too. hard to contact and slow response you need to contact phone number directly. instructions to check in are given the same day your going to check in so its a hassle. the only good thing is cheap rate and location because its near malls and everything
