This was our second stay at this hotel and it was as great as it gets. We decided to go to secrets and because it was last minute decision they’ve been sold out, so we decided to stay again at this hotel that’s right next door… room was clean, bed comfy, hot water running long without any issues and A/C worked great too..

The radiator was covered in mildew, the doors didn't fit the frames and couldn't close, the bed was covered in dead bugs

The room looked decent at first, the shower was falling apart, the toilet handle i thought was going to come off in my hand, the room had no blankets just a sheet on the bed, no towels, I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was really nice
