Como dice el titulo, es una lastima que un lugar tan bonito, tan bien ubicado, y con precios bastante justos, no se le pueda dar una mejor calificacion solo por errores que facilmente se pueden solucionar, la maquina de café de mi habitacion no funcionaba, lo planteé en la recepción cuando salí el primer día en la mañana y la misma nunca fue repuesta, en fin, no pude tener café en los tres días que allí estuve, otro problema, la seguridad de la habitacion, adjunto una foto del cierre de la puerta, situacion que se pudiera resolver CON SOLO UN TORNILLO, y cuando lo planteé en recepción, la muchacha me dijo que era extraño porque esa era una de las habitaciones recien remodeladas!!😱😱😱😱😱

The pool was under construction so nobody could swim in the pool and there was a lot of very very rude guest

Site was convenient. Somewhat clean. Mildew smell. Tub and sink stoppers broken. Burned out light over sink. Hotel held a Spanish festival and left no places for guests park. Had to wait until 11pm to be able to park my vehicle out of main road and near my room. Quite shameful for a hotel to not save parking for its guests.
Requested housekeeping to replace towels each day but received nothing. Will not go here again.
