I spent 4 nights in the shared room here. The facilities were kept very clean, and they had everything I needed for an easy stay. The location was perfect, it’s nearby a couple of different bus stops and there are restaurants and shops across the street. The staff was kind and the guests were quiet. This stay was very comfortable, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ulleungdo.

I stayed four nights in this nice hostel (24th to 28th February). The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though they speak almost no English, we could communicate via Google translate.
There is a shared kitchen (with cups, even cutelery, bowls and pans) and a sitting area to eat and drink. There is a cold/hot water dispenser and a kettle for free use and they provide food, black coffee or tea at a resonable price. I could use the washing machine and dryer at a cost of 3.000 KRW, including detergent.
The room and shower were clean and you get two small towels and a bottle of water every day.
The bus stop in both directions is reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot. In winter, there are buses every hour or two, depending where you want to go (bus no. 1+11 = clockwise, no. 2+22 counter clockwise around the island). I very much enjoyed my stay in this hostel and on Ulleungdo! I will definitely recommend this hostel (actually, I already have).

There are also several convenient stores (CU, GS25) in walking distance) as well as many restaurants. There is also a roof terrace from where you can enjoy the view onto the harbour.
