    It’s been built really well — you actually feel close to nature, with a good balance of luxury and comfort. However, the real experience depends entirely on the staff. Hospitality is about being human, understanding, and welcoming — and that’s where this place completely failed. Unfortunately, our stay turned into a nightmare. This was one of the most expensive resorts we booked for our 6-night trip (we stayed here for 2 nights), expecting to relax and enjoy. Instead, it became the worst memory of our entire trip. When we tried speaking to the manager, the staff rudely told us she would come in the evening and sarcastically added, “You can wait if you want.” They even refused to share her contact number. When we finally managed to speak with the owner, things got even worse — instead of listening or trying to understand, she told the staff in the local language, “I don’t have time for all this, please get the security and have them thrown out of my property.” In Bali, there are thousands of beautiful resorts that truly value guests and offer an experience worth the money — this one, sadly, is not among them.

    The room needs maintenance. Many things were broken including wall, taps, wash basin sink. AC was too small for the room size with no fan.
