The hotel room was nice, clean, and had a pleasant smell. The staff were also okay and generally accommodating, so our overall stay was comfortable.
However, we were disappointed during check-out when we were charged for stains on the bedsheets and towel. When we first entered the room, we had already noticed a small stain on the bedsheet, so we felt it was unfair to charge us for something that may have been there before our stay.
We were also questioned about a stain on the towel. Honestly, it is difficult to understand how a towel could be considered stained simply because it was used after taking a bath. Towels are meant to be used for drying yourself after bathing, and minor marks can naturally occur from normal use.
We hope the hotel can improve its room inspection and documentation before guests check in, so that pre-existing stains are properly recorded and guests are not charged for them at check-out.
Overall, the room and staff were good, but the unexpected charges at check-out negatively affected our experience.
