    Great service from the staff. However, I had a bad experience with the guests in the neighboring room. Someone rang my doorbell by mistake at first, but later, someone else rang it several more times, some sort of a prank. They then attempted to unlock my door, which made me uncomfortable and ruined my staycation. The staff accommodated my concern and arranged for me to transfer to a different room, which I appreciated. Thanks! I stayed in a city-view room.

    Theres a cockroach in our room. Suggest a water dispenser in the hallway so we can easily have access to hot or cold water. In fairness, we had a good stay for 4 days in the hotel

    Too many mosquitoes that’s why we only stayed 1 night and transferred to another hotel.Poor lighting and AC is not that cold
