The hotel room was clean, quiet, and well kept. I did not have the breakast so can't comment on that. The hotel is easy access from the freeway. Hiking trails are just outside the front door.

For a family to rejuvenate on the weekend, Truckee surpassed Lake Tahoe, which was crowded, and the hotel prices were not worth it. Truckee, on the other hand, was less crowded, and locals with families created a warm atmosphere of extended families. It was the perfect place for self-care and connecting as a family. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the environment was well-kept, including the spacious rooms. Looking forward to going back again. The drive from Truckee to Lake Tahoe is only 20 minutes with scenic views.
