    Kitchen staff and room service guys were exceptional mainly Aman..They need to add few more dishes to their menu list..only few items available.Hotel location is good but their is no car parking space..u have to park it on small village road and go walking downstairs on mountain to reach hotel..Hotel view is amazing with river flowing right next to hotel

    Went there with my kids (10,3) year old and my mother who is 58 years old. Their main entry was closed which is nowhere mentioned. I had to bring my 58 year old mother from steep and narrow path down to hotel. I was there for 4 days, the room got cleaned just once that too we had to ask multiple times. We had to ask for our regular water bottles which is generally provided everyday and coffee, creamer which should have been refilled everyday. Food was okay. Their wifi never worked. They asked us to connect with our phone wifi. We had to literally request everything multiple times everyday. They did not even provide parking for our vehicle. Driver had to part at someone else's property from where he was asked to move again n again. The only thing good about the property was the view and nothing more than that.
