    There were two cockroaches in the bathroom and also some insects i saw on our bedsheet even the floor was dusty

    The location and ambience are good, but my overall experience was disappointing. The parking situation was very inconvenient—despite the booking showing parking available, we were told to park about 1 km away, which was especially difficult in the rain with family. The food was average, and the service was quite poor. Towels took almost four hours despite repeated requests, and even a water bottle took around two hours. The tea and food timings were also inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a good location and ambience, but the parking, food, and service need significant improvement.

    The hotel was not situated in a very convenient place to begin with, had to go downward on a very steep path, not recommended for amateur drivers, the rooms are very tiny and not at all price worthy, not for 3400 plus taxes, no toiletries were provided, no fresh water bottles, you had to pay which is not expected when you pay more than 3700 for a room and booked 3 rooms. Pool was not clean, had leaves and dirt clearly visible from the outside, not sure how many months gone by since they had it cleaned, elevator was broken, nobody from the staff was courteous enough to ask you to carry luggage which is commonly expected when you are checking into a hotel. Not a good experience. Not at all worthy for the amount they charge.
