    I stayed here for a transit before heading to the island. The location is convenient, close to the town and nearby shops. The room was clean, and the bedsheets were fresh and comfortable. Amenities such as filtered drinking water and an iron were provided, which was appreciated. Tea and cups were available, but there was no spoon provided 😆. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor when I checked in, and the sink was not very clean. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. Overall, a good stay and value for money.

    It is a new place. Easy access to Pantai Batu Burok, Mayang Mall, Draw Bridge etc. Walking distance to nearby convenience shop (7E & Emart) and Zus Coffee. On the morning, there is a warong so called Atap Nipah, nasi dagang bungkus sedap teruk woiiii... At the evening, there is traditional food shop, also walking distance. Must try weiii...
