    We had a very nice 4 days at the hotel. Clean fresh rooms and a very good breakfast. The pool areas were clean and tidy - a very nice and easy to walk to beach area too. The infinity pool on the 4th floor was lovely. Down sides - the gym!! Or lack of it. 2 treadmills and a bike. That’s it!?!? No other machines, no weights, no accessories - nothing. we had to stay late for our flight and no area to have a shower or change. The hotel is a long way from the main town.

    Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Although the staff were nice, they were not overly friendly and service was slow in all areas, check in, breakfast and bar. More like a good 3/4 star hotel.

    We had a short family holiday with our 4 year old daughter and both her and u really enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and clean, bearkfast was good and the pool outside great. The kids club activities were also fun and age appropriate, the caretakers were great with the kids and spoke English as well as many other languages. The beach was only a few min walk away with direct access from the hotel., also possible to bring a stroller. On the beach it was possible to book beach beds and umbrellas (at own cost) and a cute restaurant there with lovely Italian food. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace with restaurant and pool. The food there too is very good and service was excellent. Overall a great stay at this hotel.

    Our 1st room apartment 4 was dirty , old shower with rust and mould. Floors and furniture filthy. Changed us to apartment 3, bathroom marginally better. Reception staff aloof and didnt seem to care. We had no option but to stay. Pool and area ok. Thankfully the top floor restaurant was good, staff friendly and the food very good. No taxis in Tirrenia for any short runs was 70 euros to get to airport! Certainly would not recommend.
