    I had a pleasant stay at Thomson Huamark. The hotel is in a fairly strategic location, has nice city view with balcony, although it is about 100 metres inside a small street from the main road. It is approximately 10 km from both the airport and popular shopping areas such as CentralWorld and Pratunam. One advantage of the location is that the area around the hotel is relatively quiet and not heavily affected by Bangkok traffic. There is a small mall nearby as well as a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, including fresh vegetables and fruits. The room was spacious and clean, and the hot water worked well. Basic toiletries and complimentary drinking water were provided, although the instant noodles in the room were chargeable. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, Thomson Huamark offers good value for money, especially for travellers looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable hotel away from the busiest parts of Bangkok.

    Spacious ! Clean and friendly staff. There's gym and small pool too. Strategic location. Just right front with a mall 1981 Soul & Sold ( ex Rhamkhamhaeng mall) with good food court. Walking distance to foodland, KFC & mini 7-11 too!

    Definitely NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL! There were stains on the walls, the air conditioner remote did not function, my water heater was broken. The television was getting kicked off the internet because the internet was the worst internet I have ever experienced in any hotel in all of my travels. My phone was kicked off the internet every 10 minutes. I saw insects crawling around in my room. The customer service changed my room and that room also had similar issues. I had a 7 day stay that was non refundable and I decided I’d had enough of this place after 3 nights. I left and reported my experience to Agoda only to be told “the water heater wasn’t in my amenities when booked”! I said “Are you joking”, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel?” A water heater should be standard.!? They were no help at all! So im thinking maybe only Agoda customers are out in the worst rooms they have at the hotel because it seems to be understandable by Agoda! I’ll never book this hotel or any hotel through Agoda again. You have been warned!
