Our group booked four superior rooms, each advertised to accommodate a maximum of three adults with a choice of either three single beds or one single and one double bed. Upon arrival, we were instead given two double rooms and a family suite.
The situation was compounded by several issues. One of the double rooms was furnished with a child's bed that was unsuitable for an adult. Additionally, the air conditioning in this room was not functioning properly.
When I attempted to address these issues with the receptionist, his initial response was both confrontational and unprofessional. His first words to me were, "what is it with you?! What do you want now?!" The rest of our interaction was characterized by a similarly loud and rude demeanor.
Despite his initial claim that no other rooms were available, he later showed us an empty room. However, he was unable or unwilling to offer this room as a resolution for the unsuitable sleeping arrangements. The lack of a suitable solution and the unprofessional conduct of the staff member were very disappointing

While a very nice place 30 years ago, the THEOXENIA Palace has seen better days. If you want a funky place from long it’s okay but it really needs new furniture, carpet, etc. The included breakfast was terrible
