Cleanliness and politeness of personnel
radiators make lots of noise periodically, unfortunately even during the night (and can't be switched off!)

Good atmosphere, a variety of food choices for breakfast, room service option for just a small fee.
It’s a bit hard to reach by public transport, especially with lagguage.

Though they’re renovating, they kept the environment clean.
They were unable to heat my left overs and the shower was a bit small.
