    We upgraded our room and the staff was really helpful. Staffs can speak english, and the environment of the hotel is absolute divine. Would recommend our friends and families to stay here as well if and when they are in beijing. Overall our experience was superb. Would definitely comeback. Thank you St Regis

    The staff & the hotel give us a sense of assurance at all times. We felt all the staff are ever ready to reach out & assist us. Special mention to Mr Michael Wang at the Concierge for his excellent work. The only blip in our 5 nights at St Regis was the poor quality of the bed & pillows. Could not sleep well because of this; could feel the individual spring in the mattress; any movement by me while sleeping disturbed my wife & vice versa. But having said this, we would gladly consider St Regis Beijing as our first choice when we return to the Capital again.

    I really like this hotel for these reasons: 1. Very enthusiastic staffs: - We arrived at the hotel at 7:30AM and asked the front desk if there was any chance we can check in early, even if meant paying extra. But the staff was so kind. He said there was a room available so we could check in right away. That saved us a lot. - The housekeeping staff cleaned the room very well. We even saw her cleaning the room twice a day. - The other staffs are all very friendly, helpful, and especially can communicate in English. 2. Facilities: Although the hotel seems to have been built a long time ago, showing some signs of aging, the facilities are still perfect. - There is nothing missing in the room, they are not stingy in equipping the necessary items. - The swimming pool and gym are fully functional, bright and beautiful. - The hotel lobby is spacious and has lots of light. However, there are still some disadvantages such as the old light switch system, having to press it many times to work; the air conditioner in the lobby is too cold, and in the room it is unstable,.. but in general, I had a great experience in Beijing with St. Regis hotel.
