Tree house bathroom should have some interior work instead of cement flooring, should have some tiles which will change the look.

The property offers clean and well maintained facilities complimented by friendly and helpful staff that enhance the overall experience was satisfying and the Wi-Fi reliable contributing to restful nights. The only downside was inconsistent hot water which slightly affected comfort but didn’t over the positive aspects of the day.

The spacious rooms and well maintained garden made for a pleasant stay complimented by convenient parking and a peaceful sleeping environment. While the pool was not up to expectations. The facilities overall were good and the staff were exceptionally, helpful and friendly.

The service is sub standard. Actually, poor. The facility is understaffed and the staff are untrained. They may try to be helpful, but because of lack of adequate resourcing and training, the overall impact is poor. The resort charges 5 star rates, but provides 2 star service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting during weekends or rush periods. May be, the experience would have been different if one had visited when there were no other guests.
