    We went to celebrate our birthday and asked for some help from the hotel and they denied it, after making so many request they finally accepted it but asked way too much money just for simple setup, so I asked if I can ask someone from outside to decorate for which they initially agreed and then later asked for 10k just to let the person decorate. Then comes the later part, we thought let’s drop the plan and we will have an intimate celebration and ordered cake and flowers which again the hotel staff denied to send us to our room. Bunch of jerks. The breakfast was bad too, live counter are use less, I ordered twice for eggs and the delivered to wrong person. overall it was a great wastage of money and what a sad place to be in.

    Nice property. The garden, swimming pool & overall vibes are very refreshing. Quite relaxing, away from the city disturbance. Well maintained. The management need to see that the staff provide proper service. Our cab reach early so we requested at the reception for check in. They said wait for half an hour, cleaning in process. After half an hour again same thing twice. When we check with other staff they said its already ready. But the reception staff made check in after 1.5 hours, giving some false reasons. This is not the way to keep customers waiting if the rooms are ready. Food items - The prices have been increased drastically and the qty has been reduced. The management shld look into it. Apart from above things and other small issues, the overall stay was good.
