I just back from the trip , this hotel is safe for the solo traveler. clean and well preparing for facilies. Staffs is very responsive , nice and Devonte is the nice guy to communicate with. Location is near China Town, Little Italy and shopping area. I love this place!

we booked 4 person room. the room so small. soap and shampoo never refilled when they clean up the room. need to request to the lobby because the phone is broken. and the staff very stingy. lack of towel, mineral water. they only provide 2 even if we book room for 4 people
