    This hotel is truly exceptional and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The reception staff were excellent and very accommodating with our requests for a room upgrade facing the golf course, early check-in, and late check-out. The hospitality continued throughout our stay — even the restaurant staff gave wonderful service, and the pool staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean, and it was great that the hotel also had a gym. Our room was spotless, had a lovely balcony, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary chocolates upon arrival, which felt very unique and thoughtful. They also left a handwritten welcome postcard that made us feel genuinely warm and appreciated. Everyone in this hotel greeted us with smiles. Another thing we loved was how convenient the hotel was, especially with the parking shortcut access. Being a low-rise hotel also made it very convenient to use the stairs, although lifts were available as well. The beautiful painting interiors from local artists added such a special touch to the atmosphere of the hotel, and we truly appreciated that detail. Overall, an amazing experience with exceptional staff, beautiful facilities, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

    My wife and I decided to have a night away and hadn’t yet stayed at the sands! We had such a great stay, the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, shampoo and conditioner provided and of quality. Quality towels and linen, staff were friendly, perfect walking distance to the beach, the restaurant food and staff were great! We will definitely be back very soon for our next stay and hopefully do two nights this time in June! Thank you 😊

    The rooms are nicely designed and decorated but not very clean. There was a lot of dust build up on sockets and skirting, hair in bathroom and dirty shower screen, the pullys for the blinds were sticky, two of the lamps were broken. Just a bit run down and probably not worth it for the price unless you're mad into golf
