    Rundown and neglected, dirty and possibly dangerous. Title for my review surprisingly unpleasant this neglected cabin offered 1 teaspoon and no tea towel instead a pair of dirty red underpants under the sink! See photo most of the furniture and fittings appeared home-made and clapped out. The smoke detector which is compulsory in New Zealand rented accommodation. I’ve been removed from the ceiling and placed on the wall about 5 foot above ground which I believe would make it ineffective in detecting smoke in time to protect peoples lives. All of the property seem neglected piles of rubbish at the back of our cabin plants growing from the guttering and everything in a bad state of Repair. I cannot recommend this property as a place to stay.
