    The Check-In process was non-existent as we got the welcome instructions the day AFTER we arrived. Noone to meet & greet guests, is not a good practice especially for a motel. TWICE we had to help other guests who arrived at the motel with no idea as to the Check-In process. We left something behind in our room, no one entered the room until the cleaners went in the next day, yet the item has never been found!!!!! I will definitely NOT be recommending to our friends, work colleagues at staying at the Castle Motel in Nelson!!

    Definitely we will return to this motel. It is economically and the place is safe and very clean, near 5 to 10 mins in the city center.

    The family with two children stayed in a room with a smelly, dirty carpet. Towels had yellow stains, and the washing machine was broken, forcing me to wash clothes in the bathroom. I complained, but they won't be fixed. Location was the only good thing about this motel.
