    The room is outdated, dirty and stinks after I checked-in in the evening. The toilet bowl is leaking after flushing the handle and I have to adjust the handle once or twice to adjust the water flowing inside the toilet tank. I badly needed to clean the surfaces myself using wipes and I use my own blanket and two pillows because I noticed every side of the room is dirty and the smell is like a combination of urine and an unpleasant body odor.
