    We booked a room with a king sized bed, a safe and a walk in shower. When we checked in we were told they only have one of those types of room and it was booked. We had booked months ago so they knew what room we had booked. We were not told of no safe when we checked in so when we got to the room allocated it absolutely stunk of dogs so asked for the room to be changed to a non dog room, we went to the new room and found no safe, we phoned reception and spoke to the duty manager, she said she would get one sent up and installed straight away, 15 minutes later we were still waiting so called her again and she then told us that they did not supply a safe in any room! The following morning at breakfast there was a dog in the eating area, not at all hygenic! Breakfast was very limited in choice.
