    Very good location just opposite union mall... Just next to Metro.. BTS is a walk through union mall but still considerably near. My only problem was the sewer smell in the toilet which they tried to fix and offered to change room. Their response was quick and friendly staff. Shout out to Tai the bell boy who put in effort to strike conversation and help with luggage. Overall a good experience.

    Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The reception staff seemed unfriendly and had an unpleasant attitude when dealing with guests. When I entered the room, it smelled musty and felt like the room had not been properly aired out before my arrival. The biggest problem was the noise at night. There was noise throughout the entire night, which made it very difficult for me to sleep and I could barely get any rest. Overall, I did not have a comfortable stay and expected much better service and room conditions. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness, ventilation, soundproofing, and staff service.
