The entire stay was ruined by a staff. During check in, was told that I can only come back at 3pm. Staff told me that there is a tuk tuk service to Ari BTS. I tried using the Tuk Tuk service, including adding the hotels WhatsApp and Line, waited for hours and no one replies. When I am back in the hotel, the staff simply tell me that he/she is busy with other customers, which I did not see. Even so, no follow was provided. When I feedback with my concern, the same staff insisted and offered to come to my room with a 150baht spa voucher. This is outrageous. This is not supposed to be done by a staff on such indecent proposal. i rejected it. It is only until the next staff on duty, who is so kind the she replied my messages immediately and provided location of the tuk tuk pickup. When I request to talk to the hotel manager on this feedback, NO one contacted me. The restaurant food is decent, staff are nice Spa is decent, and staff are accommodating to my schedule. There are no washing machine in the suite, which is quite a turn off. For this distance to BTS, and without washing machine, it is overpriced.

It's too small which makes me do another booking, even for couples is too small you can't open your Bag downfloor, or space to walk for two people. The price is too high compared to the size of hotel. it's that types of hotels which you booked to sleep only. Facilities is Good, But THEY DON'T ALLOWED FOR SMOKING In ANY AREA without announcing that in any App. By The Way agoda asked me if i want smoking room !!! That's so funny

Staff are friendly. Some improvement are required: 1. Housekeeping forgot to replenish towels. 2. The toilet door is not able to stay open after sliding.
