Was nice to stay but wouldn’t rush back. Thought it was very over priced for what was offered. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful restoration, lovely room, very luxurious for a small country town. A little pricey, but very comfortable.
    7.6 / 10Good·Oct 2025
Love the inclusion of tidbits from the past, keeping some structures used in the mill. Room was comfy and modern. Personally, I would prefer to be able to make a cuppa in the comfort of the room and not have to use a shared pantry. Also, drainage was poor in the wash sink. Overall a good stay.

Had to wait for someone to ‘activate ‘ the room heat as it’s not controlled by the room ! It took two goes as the first person forgot apparently ! Then had a problem with the tv and when I called guest service it went to voicemail !
