    ⭐️⭐️ Disappointing experience at The Olive Hotel. Staff behaviour was not very professional, and they was told that a 2% extra charge would apply for debit card payment. Basic room service was also lacking—shampoo and shower gel containers were empty, only one towel was provided, and the additional towel took around 15–20 minutes to arrive after calling. The parking facility was also not satisfactory. Overall, the service needs significant improvement, especially in staff response, basic amenities and guest convenience.

    Excellent Stay with Great Amenities The location was very convenient and the property was spotless throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained, with hot water readily available and housekeeping done efficiently. The amenities provided added to the comfort, making it a great value for money
