    We booked 2 rooms in immense plaza and it was a terrible experience. 1st. I booked the room to get ready for griha parvesh Pooja in my new home next morning. So 1st there's no mirror in room 2nd the water in bathing area flowed all over the bathroom 3rd since there were 1 small mirror in bathroom and I was getting ready thr so my room got completely wet with my slippers due to which I could not wear my saree on time as floor was wet and nobody was coming to clean the room even after multiples calls to reception 4th I asked the hotel before booking food will be available on order, they said yes on arrival when I wanted to place my dinner order the reception guys said "our chef is on leave no food is available in the hotel" 5th the tea order in the morning took 50 minutes to arrive 6th I requested the reception to clean the room so I can wear saree and the staff said "aapka checkout ka time hai, bathroom se agar room me Paani a gaya to aapki he galti hai Humne to clean he dia tha" and when I litreally shouted on them that room is wet because your bathroom slope is incorrect the reception guy came and checked himself and then asked the staff to clean the room 7th because of all the mess I got late for the pooja and I requested the reception guy to allow me for 1 or 2 hour late checkout for 1 room only he Initially said okay and when we came back asked for 500 rs extra and settled to 400 rs plus 100 rs tea. 8th there was no tea bags, bath towels, water etc and we litreally have to call for every little things. So the overall experience was pathetic I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    You got to ask what you want as the place is still under construction, but staff was very helpful friendly and polite to make the stay comfortable. Over all, very good, await to see when it gets completed and gets it own restaurants and room service. Thank you!
