The Nooq Malmo - Hotel & Studios

I went to the hotel after check-in time, but the room was not yet ready. Even check-in time is 4pm which is latter than other hotels. I needed to wait for a while. The room was big enough and clean. The price was good. But after I checked out, they sent me an email, I needed to throw away garbage, otherwise they charge. I couldn't do anything because I had checked out. Not sure whether I got charged. If they may change, they should check the room when guests check out. There was no one at the reception.

Odličan smještaj, slobodan dolazak kad god da sletite, bilo to u vremenu rada recepcije ili nakon, isto tako je i sa odlascima, što je nama bilo jako korisno, i jako je blizu željeznice i autobusnog kolodvora, koji smo svakodnevno koristili kako bi isšli za Kopenhagen. sve u svemu preporuke za smještaj

I stayed in the studio loft and the room felt really cozy and spacious for a solo traveler. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Malmo central station. There’s also mini kitchen, convenient for those who like to cook.

My experience with Forenom was not pleasant particularly with: 1. the difficulty in using luggage storage for travellers without no local number 2. No staff at reception 3. Only hand soap and dish soap is provided (bring own body soap and shampoo) Granted the room is nice, clean and cozy, the rest of the difficulties getting to use the amenities as a guest makes me think twice about returning. Guests will only get the code to enter at 4pm. So you won’t be able to enter the hotel before then to use luggage storage. I managed to enter as some guests were leaving after waiting outside for a while. However, one thing to note is so staff is not available at counter not even up to 1pm on a Saturday. I waited for two hours until a cleaning staff graciously lent me her phone to call the service line for the luggage code. There was too much struggle obtaining it. The code changes every 24h as well. But for travellers without a local number, it is nearly impossible to use the luggage storage. Our code for the hotel expires by the check out time as well. I paid extra for a luggage storage outside as I felt it was not worth the struggle and stress.
