    We had an extremely disappointing experience at the property. The Rock Wall Cottage we were allotted was far below acceptable standards, and charging a premium rate for it is completely unjustifiable. The room was in a poor and neglected condition—extremely noisy due to constant generator and vehicular sounds, and infested with lizards. On top of that, the room had no view whatsoever. It was so distressing that I decided to check out on the very first day, despite having a two-day reservation. Unfortunately, our interaction with Agoda’s support was even more frustrating. It was virtually impossible to reach anyone on a call, and our messages went unanswered. The hotel owner mentioned they contacted Yatra (apparently Agoda’s partner) and were told that we declined an upgrade to a better room. This was quite shocking to hear, as I never received any communication—neither from the property, nor from Agoda or Yatra—regarding such an option.
