rooms were very tired - it was clean enough - no water in the room - I could heart everything in the next room - lift was broken on the day I was checking out and I was on the 4 th floor ...
checking in was convenient online but didn't work the first 20 times I tried to download my key card ... I was told to go to reception which was very confusing and not very well sign posted from the conference centre ...
