    This is a great little hotel on 30A. It's nice if you don't want to get a house or condo, but want to be on 30A. Right in front are several shops and restaurants. You can walk to a public beach access, almost directly across the street (beach access 12 is about 10-15 minutes walk down a dirt road). Overall a nice place to stay if you want to check out the various 30A towns.

    Had a relaxing stay. Convenient location close to the beach, shopping and coffee shop.

    Unfortunately, our recent stay was quite disappointing. Beach towels were unavailable, our room was never serviced, and the bathroom had noticeable stains. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the shower only produced lukewarm water—no hot water at all. It’s a shame, as we’ve really enjoyed this place in the past, but this visit didn’t live up to previous experiences.
