    This place as good as advertised, super nice and close to restaurants and shopping.

    This is a great little hotel on 30A. It's nice if you don't want to get a house or condo, but want to be on 30A. Right in front are several shops and restaurants. You can walk to a public beach access, almost directly across the street (beach access 12 is about 10-15 minutes walk down a dirt road). Overall a nice place to stay if you want to check out the various 30A towns.

    Great location for a short term stay on 30a and clean room with everything you need!

    The beds are terrible supposedly Hilton quality but apparently not. You would sink in the bed , big divots . We tried 2 different rooms . This is NOT a four star !
