My 4-year-old son and I had a great time. We loved having the beach right outside our door. We enjoyed all the amenities including the ice cream shop, arcade and pools. It was very convenient to have the food options on site. You really don’t have to leave but if you do Pier Park was only minutes away. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and great value!

As per usual, my stay was great. There is so much to do on site and the food is good too. Some people complain about the price, but it is quite a bit cheaper than other places with less amenities. I'm never disappointed here and will continue to stay any time I travel with kids.

Better for family or young adults. .
Positive: It is very close to Pier Park. It is right on the ocean. They have 2 pools and a lazy river. They also have a kiddy playground, volleyball court and lots of picnic areas inside the resort.
Negative: The first night, a Tuesday night, there was partying, yelling, and fighting, till almost 2am. No security on the grounds so nothing that could be done shy of calling the cops. The next night was better.
The elevator had a weird ordor inside the entire time we were there. The beds are full size not Queen. Although the bed linens were clean, the carpet was dirty. Aside from the sand, there was an area that had been patched, which showed the difference between the patch and the regular carpet. The phone was sticky as if jelly or syrup had been dropped on it. They had also cleaned the wood areas with something that stripped the wood but it isn't uniform it's spotted. On the outside patio, they never looked,and the previous guest left towel hanging on rail

Published pictures do not match reality. It’s supposed to be a 3 star hotel, I would not even give them the one.
