    I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the new receptionist man. I’m a regular guest at this - The Hosteller,Old Goa. I’m already familiar with the check-in process and the property’s rules. Most of the time I didn’t receive the check-in link before arriving. When I reached the property, the receptionist was on his phone and didn’t attend to us immediately.So,meantime as I normally do I try to filling in the register and look for it, but when I’m about to write - He stopped me and asked whether I’m done for check-in or not. I explained that I had come for check-in and had not received the check-in link. He then told me that I could not fill in the register until I had completed the online check-in. I explained to him that I have always filled in the register when I arrive and that, regardless, I would complete the required process again after checking in. I completely understand if that is the required procedure, and I have no issue following the rules. However, I didn’t really appreciate the way he spoke to me or the way he handled the situation. His tone and attitude felt a little unwelcoming, especially considering that I’m a regular guest here. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I feel he may need more training on guest communication and how to interact with guests in a more polite and welcoming manner. Thank you.

    The stay is amazing. Clean and neat property, well maintained. Near old goa, away from the city which makes the place feel calmer and relaxed.

    Decent stay but far from old goa and south goa city. Near to karmali railway stn. Should add rented scooty option
