    Good budget stay in Koh Lipe. Walking distance to everything of interest on the island. Please keep in mind it is very hot with the no AC room, so wasn’t the most comfortable of sleeps. Lots of mosquitos. Occasionally a very bad smell emanated from the bathroom. Overall fabulous value for money on an otherwise expensive island, but very simple.

    Hi this place is like a beautiful village, staff are friendly, clean n less than five minutes walking to the beach n 12 minutes walking to walking street.

    Overall low value for the price paid, *** per night, perhaps due to high demand at the time I visited. The bungalows are definitely cool, as is the garden and shared community feel, but they are also quite barebones: the bathrooms look like a dungeon, the mosquito net had quite some holes (I got demolished by mosquitoes overnight), and I found them hard to sleep in, which is rare for me. The combination of needing to keep the fan on, and the mosquito net feeling a bit claustrophobic while in bed, is not something I was able to get used to by the second night either. The staff were also not very friendly even though I tried to be at all times. The highlight is definitely the café: incredible coffee and good cuisine. I'd easily recommend breakfast here. At a lower price point I would have probably found the more rustic accommodation and difficult sleep to be worth the charm of this place.
