Great location for tranquillity and great food during weekends and Breakfast is superb due to the landlord being a very good chef as well.

The we received on arrival never diminished throughout our stay. Great couple, great quiet location, breakfast to sustain you through the day and wonderful home cooked dinner. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay again

This a community owned pub near Middleham but very rural . Very friendly landlord and Landlady . The room was all we hoped for and the bar had a good selection of beers . It was a Monday night so relatively quiet but I would expect it gets busy later in the week . The food was of a good standard and we overall enjoyed our stay
