    The staff was wonderful, the beachfront room with a pool had the most amazing view. The breakfast was delicious. It’s clean, pretty and has all the amenities you could ask for. We loved staying there and would highly recommend. We rented a scooter for our entire stay so the location was no issue at all and it was easy to get a grab / taxi to get to and from the airport.

    During our stay here the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and lovely and the hotel is right on the beach. Would recommend to stay here.

    We had a fantastic stay at Flow Samui! The resort has a very modern and fresh design that stands out. The beachfront pool is definitely the highlight—perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset with a drink. ​The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Location-wise, it’s great because it’s quiet enough for a good night's sleep but just a short scooter ride away from the main areas of Fisherman’s Village. ​Everything was perfect for our trip. Highly recommended for couples looking for a stylish and chill spot in Koh Samui!

    Had a great time at the flow resort, but fell very short very fast we were welcomed, handed great coconut ice cream and some fresh cold towels - this was our last few days of our brilliant holiday but it was instantly shot down when we were notified that the balcony - pool would be shut for the duration of our visit (4 days) The reason we selected this hotel over many other hotels as it was slightly private and held shade in that area. The beach front pool was like lying down in a sauna - limited shade and scorching flooring from the beds to the floor. I would of very much appreciated an email or notification prior to our check in, with regards to this as my partner and I would of most probably asked for a refund to go to another hotel that would be able to facilitate what we were paying for. 15% discount for the restaurant food and drink, was a nice gesture but it didn’t really meet the requirements to a disappointing benefactor of losing the area in which we were very much looking for. I understand this isn’t an employee’s issue but I do think the management side of this hotel should have reached out to at least notify us. Staff and service, food were fantastic, just a shame on the main attraction of the hotel.
