My parents really enjoyed their stay at The Farm. Everything was worth it, and I always give a 5-star rating when I feel that the staycation was truly worth it. One small suggestion, though, would be to consider adding Netflix or other streaming options to the TV. My parents were really looking forward to watching a movie during our stay because we haven't had a TV at home since I was in college back in 2013. 😅 They were excited to have that simple experience of watching a movie together without the usual YouTube ads. YouTube is available, of course, but the movie selection can be quite limited, and having access to Netflix or another streaming service would make the TV much more enjoyable to use, especially for guests who just want to relax and watch a movie. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay, and my parents enjoyed the experience a lot. Hopefully, Netflix will be available in the future! 😊

Went to Koronadal PRC for a day and stayed the night in The Farm at Carpenter Hills. They had shuttle service from Gensan airport to the hotel and back. The room was so nice. The food were very good. We had lunch and dinner in the Aviary the food were delicious. We asked the frontdesk to get us a tricycle the next morning to bring us to PRC and they followed thru with our request. We had fun in The Farm. Thank you very much!

regarding our recent stay at your hotel with our baby. We chose your property expecting a safe, family-friendly environment, but experienced severe lapses in cleanliness and customer service. We encountered the following issues during our stay Unsanitary Floors: The floors throughout the property, including inside our guest room, were layered with dust. Dirty Play Areas: The indoor playpen area was visibly soiled. Neglected Pool: The swimming pool water and surrounding area were dirty and unsafe for a baby. Dismissive Staff: When I asked an outdoor playground staff member if the equipment was ready for use, I was completely ignored and dismissed. Lack of Assistance: I was forced to clean a toy horse myself while holding my baby because the staff refused to assist. As a hospitality provider, maintaining basic hygiene and treating guests with respect should be your bare minimum standard. The lack of cleanliness posed a direct health risk to my infant.
