    We booked this place a long time ago so it was a very good rate. Little did I realise the pace was falling apart inside. Kitchen tops uneven 1970s microwave bathroom cabinets rotten and hanging off. If you’re staying for a couple of nights maybe any longer It’s not the most luxurious room.

    Terrible rude staff no housekeeping, no cleaning utensils to do our own cleaning, no fresh towels, no hot water for 3 days only 1 cooker ring working told them this information on Monday nobody came to fix it untill wed even then the did not fix cooker ring.

    Great location, not the nicest apartment but we spent all of our time at the parks anyway! There was a problem with the AC but the exceptional staff had it fixed ASAP! Thanks!

    This was built in 1985 and our suite has probably only seen one coat of paint since, it was peeling in the bathroom and on the vent in the kitchen. The 40 year old furniture is stained but functional although it was obviously only quickly 'cleaned' as there was grime in the bath tub and a peanut left on the telephone table. There was a strange smell on entering which we masked with fabric and air freshener during our stay. The TVs would only work with one of the supplied remotes and the living room TV needed unplugging every now and then as would malfunction. The door lock has been changed on all the rooms leaving screw holes in doors and ours felt insecure when locked. The view from our balcony was great just a shame the old windows were blown obstructing the view. The elevator certificate of operation was expired by over two months. We didn't use the restaurant or pool so can't comment on those. There were room renovations taking place and the location is great, if I were guaranteed a renovated room I would return however would not risk booking a room in a hurry.
